Yes. As part of our pre-purchase plumbing inspection, we carry out a free visual inspection of the gas system. This includes checking visible gas pipes and fittings for obvious issues or safety concerns.

Is the inspection required by law?
No, but it’s highly recommended to protect your investment and avoid unexpected plumbing costs after settlement.
